This feature checks all our cases (20,000 plus) subject/claimants (parties to the case) to see if a possible conflict exists. We find many attorneys utilizing 3-10 different services as their case evolves. If you are a PI plaintiff attorney we can sign-up your customers, obtain police reports, photo the accident scene, reconstruct the accident, locate ownerships, and obtain auto/property/liability insurance and so much more. We can even run the “crime history” of an address, locating past crimes might help showing negligence if security was not addressed. If you are a PI defensive attorney we offer more than standard vehicle surveillance; our investigators go on foot and look to be covert yet utilize aggressive observation tactics, i.e. covert cameras, night vision, befriending…etc. We can also research previous claims the claimant might have had from prior conditions.

Asset investigations, collections, and financial fraud cases need a different approach, and we offer various methods to assist clients collect on unpaid judgments. We assist you by conducting individual and corporate asset searches, locating stateside or offshore financial institutions and even obtaining stocks, bonds, and mutual funds to garnish. Representing some of the largest collection companies in the world we have perfected “DTO’s”…known in the industry as “Detective Talk Offs”; where we send an investigator out to the debtor to make contact and collect.
All acts Counter Intelligence Services® engaged in are conducted within the guidelines of that said state to include but not limited to the FL. Statutes, Chapter 493, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Drivers Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), and section 521 of the Gramm-Lach-Bliley Act (GLB).

Many law firms also have paralegals run searches using various online data companies, i.e. Accurint, ChoicePoint…and this might work for basic research; but by assuming an investigation was conducted and completed is a dangerous assumption and an unclear picture. Online service companies provide “DATA” and it’s the responsibility of the investigator to evaluate evidence (red flags) and confirm with the source directly.
